We are pleased to formally announce that the successful bidder and future provider of Business Intelligence, Human Resources and Financial services to CCGs in mid and south Essex is NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands (GEM) Commissioning Support Unit.
The decision to appoint Arden & Gem CSU was the result of a competitive tender process delivered via the NHS England Lead Provider Framework (LPF).
The three-year contract will see all three services – Business Intelligence; Human Resources and Financial Services provided by NHS Arden & Gem CSU to Castle Point and Rochford; Basildon and Brentwood; Thurrock and Southend CCGs. Mid Essex CCG will receive Business Intelligence support.
All five CCGs conducted the procurement process and awarded the contract via the mid and south Essex CCGSTP Joint Committee.

The current provider of services, North East London Commissioning Support Unit (NELCSU), will be working with NHS Arden & GEM CSU to ensure a smooth transition on 1st July 2018.
