Alcohol support - don't bottle it up

Screen grab of Don't bottle it up website

Don’t bottle it up is a self-assessment tool which allows you to work out what level of risk you are at as a result of your drinking.

You can also access personalised advice online and find out where you can get face-to-face support locally.

The tool has been commissioned by Essex County Council and is available online for anyone in Essex to use either for themselves or for professionals to use with patients/clients.

Drinking within the recommended limits will help your body to stay healthy.

The daily recommended sensible drinking limits are three to four units of alcohol a day for men and two to three units a day for women.

It’s also a good idea to have at least two alcohol free days a week.
