Therapy For You

It’s normal to experience anxiety and depression but when they start to become part of everyday life, it can feel like there is no end in sight.

Therapy For You is a new online service to help anyone experiencing anxiety or stress, depression, bereavement or loss, sleep difficulties, anger issues, obsessive compulsive disorder, phobias and many other everyday problems.

Therapy For You can help you overcome life’s problems and regain control of your life.

Provided free of charge by the NHS, Therapy For You provides treatment through online cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) courses delivered by a series of video sessions.

The online sessions are available anytime and anywhere and if completed using the directions offered they will help you to understand, manage and overcome the issues you are facing. You’ll be able to track your progress as you make changes.

People are still able to access Therapy For You services through traditional group and one-to-one therapy sessions.

Therapy for You is available to anyone over the age of 18 who lives in South Essex and is not currently receiving secondary mental health care or crisis services.
